Sourdough English Muffins - 4pk

These English muffins are handcrafted from our sourdough starter as the base, made the old-fashioned way.   With a sourdough base this English muffin has a little tang, but also a sweet kiss of sweetness from the honey.  Since we make it with milk there is a cheat code for added protein in your diet!

Once raised, we roll out these muffins, hand cut them out and cook them on the cooktop with a warm cast iron skillet.  With its golden, crackly crust and soft, chewy center, this sourdough is perfect for everything from morning toast to hearty sandwiches. No preservatives, no shortcuts—just honest English muffins to use for breakfast, lunch and dinner options!

Ways to Enjoy:

• Toast them, then lathered with peanut butter and a big drizzle of honey
• Use them as base of your favorite egg's benedict dish whether classic with hollandaise or other exotic versions
• Use the muffins as a base for mini pizzas - savory or breakfast versions
• Perfect to make breakfast sandwiches - add a sausage patty, ham, eggs, cheese add more
• Perfect to make an egg, spinach and feta sandwich
• Add pesto, then top with a sliced tomato and grated parmesan cheese
• Make a caprese sandwich with pest, a slice of tomato, fresh mozzarella, add basil, and drizzle of balsamic glaze
• Spread garlic butter on top and make a unique garlic bread
