A timeless favorite with an artisan sourdough twist. Our Apple Cinnamon Sourdough Loaf combines the naturally tangy flavor of slow-fermented sourdough with warm cinnamon, sugar, and juicy cooked apples folded throughout the dough.

Handcrafted in small batches, this loaf has a crisp golden crust, a soft and airy crumb, and a comforting balance of sweetness and spice in every slice. Perfect for breakfast, snacking, or adding a little homemade goodness to your day.

Perfect for:

  • Toasted with butter, cream cheese, or your favorite jam
  • French toast with a sourdough twist
  • Breakfast sandwiches with a sweet and savory combination
  • Enjoying alongside coffee, tea, or a warm drink
  • A simple afternoon snack straight from the loaf

Made with care using traditional sourdough methods, this loaf brings together the nostalgic comfort of cinnamon raisin bread with the depth and character of artisan fermentation.

A classic flavor made better with time, tradition, and sourdough.

Ingredients: Base - Flour, water, salt  Inclusions - Apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar

Allergens:  Wheat, nuts

Location:  Pick up in Morton, Illinois.

Storage Instructions:  For 2-3 days, store whole loaf cut-side down on a wooden board or paper bag.  For a softer crust, use a breathable linen or beeswax wrap.  Never refrigerate sourdough, as the cold temperature will cause the starches to crystallize and make the bread go stale much faster.  For long term storage (up to 3 months), wrap in and put in an air tight bag.  If you slice and freeze individual slices separated by parchment paper you can pull a single slices straight in the toaster.  To refresh a whole, slight stale loaf, spritz the crust with water and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
