Roasted Pasta Sauce

Made from the ripest tomatoes grown in our very own garden, and roasted with onions, garlic, spices and the special ingredient of balsamic vinegar to add that extra depth of flavor. We make it in small batches to ensure the best quality and preserved to perfection using traditional water bath canning methods in our home kitchen.

Ingredients: Tomatoes, onions, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper

Ways to Enjoy:

• Add a jar of this sauce into browned ground beef, Italian sausage or ground turkey to make a perfect boulangère sauce to top any pasta - especially spaghetti !!! 
• Use as your tomato base sauce in your lasagna recipe
• Top your chicken parmesan with this rich sauce
• Drizzle over your roasted vegetables - zucchini, squash, mushrooms, onions and more!
• Use with your meatball recipe to top sub sandwiches for the ultimate meatball sub sandwiches topped with cheese
