Lemon Blueberry Sourdough Focaccia
Bright, fresh, and bursting with flavor, our Lemon Blueberry Focaccia is a sweet twist on traditional sourdough. Wild blueberries tossed with raw sugar and fresh lemon zest are folded throughout our naturally leavened dough, then topped with a buttery crumble and baked until golden.
Light, airy, and filled with beautiful sourdough bubbles, each 8×8 loaf strikes the perfect balance of sweet blueberries and vibrant citrus. Enjoy it for breakfast, brunch, dessert, or alongside your favorite cup of coffee or tea.
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, afternoon coffee, or a lightly sweet dessert.
Storage
For the best flavor and texture, enjoy within 2–3 days of purchase. Store tightly wrapped at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating, as it can cause the bread to dry out more quickly.
Freezing Instructions
- Allow the focaccia to cool completely if it has been warmed.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped bread in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
Thawing & Reheating
- Remove from the freezer and thaw, still wrapped, at room temperature for 2–3 hours or overnight.
- For the best texture, warm in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes.
- Individual pieces can also be reheated in a toaster oven or air fryer for 3–5 minutes until warmed through and the crust is lightly crisp
