Our signature sourdough focaccia meets a classic cinnamon roll. Butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon are folded throughout the dough, then topped with a sweet cinnamon crumble and finished with a drizzle of vanilla icing. Baked in our 8×8 pan, this focaccia is soft, airy, and full of warm cinnamon flavor with crisp golden edges.
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, coffee breaks, or an anytime treat.
Storage
For the best flavor and texture, enjoy within 2–3 days of purchase. Store tightly wrapped at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating, as it can cause the bread to dry out more quickly.
Freezing Instructions
- Allow the focaccia to cool completely if it has been warmed.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped bread in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
Thawing & Reheating
- Remove from the freezer and thaw, still wrapped, at room temperature for 2–3 hours or overnight.
- For the best texture, warm in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes.
- Individual pieces can also be reheated in a toaster oven or air fryer for 3–5 minutes until warmed through and the crust is lightly crisp
