Storage Instructions:  For 2-3 days, store whole loaf cut-side down on a wooden board or paper bag.  For a softer crust, use a breathable linen or beeswax wrap.  Never refrigerate sourdough, as the cold temperature will cause the starches to crystallize and make the bread go stale much faster.  For long term storage (up to 3 months), wrap in and put in an air tight bag.  If you slice and freeze individual slices separated by parchment paper you can pull a single slices straight in the toaster.  To refresh a whole, slight stale loaf, spritz the crust with water and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
