Experience the comforting aroma and rich flavor of our handcrafted sourdough, made the old-fashioned way with just three simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt. Each loaf is slow-fermented for over 24 hours, allowing the natural wild yeast to develop a tangy depth and airy crumb that’s impossible to rush.  With its golden, crackly crust and soft, chewy center, this sourdough is perfect for everything from morning toast to hearty sandwiches. No preservatives, no shortcuts—just honest bread baked fresh in small batches for unbeatable taste and texture.

Storage Instructions:  For 2-3 days, store whole loaf cut-side down on a wooden board or paper bag.  For a softer crust, use a breathable linen or beeswax wrap.  Never refrigerate sourdough, as the cold temperature will cause the starches to crystallize and make the bread go stale much faster.  For long term storage (up to 3 months), wrap in and put in an air tight bag.  If you slice and freeze individual slices separated by parchment paper you can pull a single slices straight in the toaster.  To refresh a whole, slight stale loaf, spritz the crust with water and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
